It mainly includes microwave plasma cleaning, contact angle test, vacuum eutectic reflow soldering, microwave-assisted vacuum eutectic reflow soldering, ultrasonic gold wire ball soldering, ultrasonic aluminium wire pressure soldering, push-pull test, SMD and other core packaging process testing and verification services.

The platform will provide technical support for upstream and downstream enterprises, reduce the cost of common inputs, and promote the formation of a more complete electronic components supporting system. At the same time, it will also promote the optoelectronic information industry in Chongqing City and Beibei District sensor advantage of the cluster industry to grow for the Western Science City (Beibei Section) of Chongqing ，and bring more positive impact.

In addition, Qin Zhanyang took the initiative to introduce two new equipment products independently developed by Opto-intel - silver sintering bonder ND1800 and nano-silver pressure sintering machine NS3000, which are mainly aimed at the application of silicon carbide chip encapsulation, and bring new high-reliability silicon carbide chip encapsulation solutions.
